Here's how it works: AmeriFirst pays 50 basis points to Real Estate Agents, up to $2500.00 on every conventional loan closed through your personal AmeriFirst loan application link. Additionally, residual income is earned on others you refer to the program. The down-line income extends for seven levels of referrals, and the revenue adds up quickly.  The only requirement is to take a twenty-hour course and then pass the test to become a licensed Loan Officer. But you aren't required to write loans. You will earn more by focusing on writing contracts and bringing your real estate industry friends into the program. 

Here is the procedure you will follow to become part of the RELO Funding team:

1) Complete our Member Signup Form. The completion of this form is for informational purposes only. It doesn’t obligate you to the program, but it a necessary first step. Once completed, you will be guided through each detail by one of the great reps at AmeriFirst. 

2) I can’t stress the importance of attending our free virtual webinar. Once you see how the program works, you can’t unsee it! To register, go to our online registration form. The webinars are held on Tuesdays at 4:00 pm CST and Thursdays at 11:00 AM CST.  The webinars are via Zoom. On the registration form be sure to list Michael Brandt as the person who referred you.
